Property Manager - Full Time - 1st Shift - Military Veterans

Reporting to the Director of Facilities, the position assists the Director in purchasing and managing Dayton Children’s properties. The Property Manager plays a critical role in providing care and quality accommodations for our staff, visitors, patients and guests. We work hard to ensure that our properties are managed as efficiently and effectively as possible. Direct projects, negotiate contracts with vendors and schedule and monitor the maintenance and repairs of major building systems. Regularly inspect properties, and ensure that third-party managing agents properly handle all housing operations. Analyze all property expenses and assist with the development of annual operating and capital budgets.
