Job Summary:


Five Rivers Analytics, an Akima company, is hiring a Resource Advisor to support the Satellite Control Network Operations, Remote Site and Mission Partner Support (STORMS) contract at Kaena Point, HI. As Resource Advisor, you will be responsible for overall tracking of resources and funding for New Boston Space Force Station. The Resource Advisor is an exempt position requiring constant communication with Military and government personnel as well as contract management.


Responsibilities


Responsibilities:




  • Manages the financial operations of the site by executing the government's financial plans


  • Maintains accounting and funds control in coordination with the 21st Space Force Operations Squadron (SOPS/RA)


  • Formulates budget recommendations and financial plans and providing financial reports as directed by the government


  • Maintains project funds and organization cost center record data


  • Prepares outgoing funding document requests


  • Maintains miscellaneous obligation reimbursement documents and funding site authorizations


  • Coordinates with local Financial Management (FM), Accounting Liaison Office (ALO), Functional Organizations, Contracting and 21 SOPS/RA on funding issues


  • Enters all required funding documents in the Automated Business Services System (ABSS) for government review and action.


  • Performs other collateral duties as assigned or directed




Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:




  • Must be a U.S. Citizen with the ability to obtain a Secret security clearance


  • High school diploma with at least five (5) years of relevant experience in finance or accounting fields


  • Demonstrated training and management skills


  • Background in finance and with analytical skill to determine corrective action to take to accomplish fix actions


  • Demonstrate good customer service skills working with military personnel


  • Ability to understand, interpret and apply regulatory requirements applicable to the project scope of work


  • Demonstrates time management skills to achieve personal, team, project, and corporate objectives as related to quality assurance




Posted Salary Range


$75,000-$85,000
