Assistant Director- Graduate Student Services, Seattle- Khoury College of Computer Sciences About the Opportunity Khoury College of Computer Sciences seeks an individual to provide advising and student services support to master's students at the Seattle campus. Responsibilities: The Assistant Director will report to the Senior Director of Graduate Student Services and Career Development and implement all on-ground programming for students at the Seattle campus. The Assistant Director will manage all graduate program administrative activities including advising students on academic and curriculum/registration matters; serve as liaison between the Graduate School, Seattle campus staff, and other University offices that handle matters pertaining to graduate students. They will manage and maintain the graduate student records utilizing Salesforces, Navigate, and Banner systems; Prepare advising data for the Director of Computing Programs in Seattle, Senior Director of Graduate Student Services and Career Development, and the Director of Network Programs. The Assistant Director of Graduate Student Services will oversee all student employment hiring for the CS program. They will also manage two Graduate Student Services Coordinators for Khoury at the Seattle Campus. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required, Master's preferred. Two to three years of experience in higher education required, with a preference for exposure to graduate and international students. Strong communications skills (verbal and written); ability to demonstrate empathy and to build and maintain strong relationships is essential to the role. Exceptional organizational and critical thinking skills and exposure to working with Microsoft Office. The expected hiring range for this position is USD $51,785 to USD $80,65, based upon the position's scope and responsibilities.
