What you will do:
As the Sr Financial Analyst, you will support Stryker Sage's inventory analysis, daily sales reporting, FP&A activities, ecommerce financial reporting and other monthly ad hoc requests as needed.
- Prepare daily sales reporting and estimated monthly sales forecast.
- Construct inventory analyses during month end close process; collaborate with logistics team on physical inventory count, scrap metrics, and other reporting,
- Support monthly FP&A activities, including budgeting and forecasting as well as monthly variance analysis.
- Manage ecommerce financial reporting, including preparation of monthly manual journal entries and submission of sales tax information to tax team.
- Prepare and maintain headcount reporting for use by Finance and HR leadership.
- Manage weekly freight payment process and be a liaison to our Global Logistics Organization.
- Complete ad hoc analysis as requested by Finance leadership.
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance required.
- 2+ years of professional experience supporting finance or accounting functions.
- Advanced Excel skills required, SAP, Hyperion & Power BI experience preferred.
- Ability to be a strong business-partner in a matrixed environment.
- Must be able to work onsite 2-3 days a week in our Cary, IL location.
