This role is within the Audience Development division, part of Hearst's central Content community and encompasses the SEO, social, newsletter and platform partnerships teams, working with our brands on developing their content strategies to best serve their audiences.

ABOUT THE ROLE

This role will work with our leading brands on their full-funnel content strategies and understanding their audiences through analysis and segmentation, prioritising customer focus, known users and engagement. You will develop, implement and manage initiatives to grow audience engagement across both our own platforms and third parties through actionable insights and innovation. You will support the audience development teams on research projects and collaborate with content, customer, insights and data teams to drive key business goals and KPIs.

ABOUT YOU

You will have existing experience in an audience development role and should be proficient in acquisition best practices across various platforms, preferably within a media publisher, and be an innovative thinker who is always looking for new opportunities. You will have strong experience in analytics tool and a background in deriving actionable insights from data analytics and audience segmentation. You will have good editorial nous, an understanding of Hearst's brands, their audiences and tone, and be a strong communicator who can collaborate cross-team with ease.
