As Technology lead, you will be part of a team that is customer obsessed - you will work on features that respond to customer needs and make data-driven decisions. Develop software that empowers customers to optimize their business processes by designing, implementing, testing, and maintaining our software components and services

  • Candidate must be located within commuting distance of for Richardson, TX/ Raleigh, NC /Hartford, CT/ Indianapolis, IN / Providence, RI/ Tempe, AZ/ or be willing to relocate to these areas. This position may require travel to project locations.

  • Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education

Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years of experience in D365 CE with understanding and familiarity of Azure Implementations for Apps, Services, APIs and Data.

  • Hands on Experience in C# & .NET customizations with Dynamics 365

  • Excellence in software engineering practices, coding and solid foundation in data structures, algorithms with strong testing, debugging and analytical skills

  • Proven ability to plan, schedule and deliver quality software

  • Strong client interaction skills

  • Working independently and in teams

Additional Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Experience in troubleshooting and driving technical investigations

  • Solid communication and cross-discipline collaboration skills

  • Strong customer focus and confident in making critical decisions independently in a fast paced and demanding environment

  • Experience in creating requirement specifications based on Architecture/Design /Detailing of Processes

The job entails sitting as well as working at a computer for extended periods of time. Should be able to communicate by telephone, email or face to face. Travel may be required as per the job requirements.
