Job Description

We are looking for a skilled professional who can expertly install a wide range of fixtures and accessories in residential settings. We want all of our Installation Technicians to be cross-trained to install all of the products we offer. Your tasks will include installing Organization Systems (closets) in Wire Shelving and Laminate Shelving, Mirrors & Shower Doors, Bath Hardware, and Window Coverings with precision and attention to detail. In addition, you will be responsible for meticulously completing a punch-out list and adding the final touches that transform the house into a perfect living space.

Responsibilities:

  • Install Wire Shelving
  • Install Laminate/Melamine Closets Shelving Systems
  • Follow the shelving template to cut material and pre-drill holes and fasten closet shelves to the wall
  • Install shower door kits and custom shower doors for both ¼" sliding doors, barn door sliders, and heavy 3/8" glass shower doors
  • Measure and mount mirror(s) to the wall ensuring they are level
  • Mount towel racks and toilet paper holders to walls
  • Load/unload materials
  • Communicate directly to the customer/builder when necessary
Compensation:
  • Depending on experience, starting pay can be $18 an hour for 2-4 weeks during initial training
  • Once initial training is completed pay can be $20 an hour until fully trained
  • Depending on skills and abilities pay can be $30 an hour, with the option for piecework calculated at $40 an hour

Preferred Qualifications:
  • 1-3 years of experience in the construction industry
  • Proficient in using hand and power tools
  • Valid driver's license to drive a company vehicle
  • Must be able to lift 50+ lbs. and stand for extended periods of time
  • Must have basic speaking in the English language

Physical demands: Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform essential job functions. You must be able to lift light at least 50 lbs. and sit for extended periods to drive to jobsites.
