Customer Service Representative - Military Veterans

We are looking to immediately hire Customer Service Representatives to work an amazing full-time assignment with an amazing company in the clothing / apparel industry.

The right person for this assignment has customer service experience, and a professional and friendly attitude when dealing with people.

* Spanish / English speakers are preferred, but not required. You can apply!

This person will:

· Handle order status and process new entries in the system.
· Answer client inquiries via phone call, email, and chat software and route any department-specific inquiries to those respective areas.
· Manage incident cases within the company guest database
· Process credit card transactions for refunds or upgrades in our back-end reservations system
