Virtual Reality Research Lab Manager The Davidson Research in Immersive Virtual Environments Lab is seeking a research lab manager for a semester-long position with potential for an extended contract. Duties include maintaining computers and virtual reality equipment and running human-subjects user studies. Ideal candidates will contribute directly to research projects and publish research papers at top virtual reality conferences and in journals. Managers will be directly involved with the research lab, including faculty and students, and are encouraged to develop and propose their own research experiments. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree Experience with computers and hardware Ability to learn and adhere to Davidson College's Human Subjects Institutional Review Board policies to run research experiments ethically and humanely Ability to learn and adhere to policies about ethical and confidential handling of data Preferred Qualifications Demonstrated independence and attention to detail Familiarity with psychology experiment design Computer programming experience Interest in research Information about how to submit an application can be found at https://employment.davidson.edu
