Boeing Information Technology & Data Analytics (IT&DA) Supply chain Systems is currently looking for SAP Maintenance Repair & Overhaul (MRO) Functional Analyst to join their Functional team in Bangalore, India. This position will focus on implementation and support of SAP projects based on S4 Hana technology.



As SAP MRO Functional lead, researches complex or multiple processes, applications, systems and data to identify functional requirements for application or system design. Consults with customers to clarify and refine complex requirements. Interprets and translates complex requirements into functional specifications. Leads and performs activities to develop and execute tests to validate system functionality against specifications.



Good communication skills are needed both verbally and written, to Interact with peers and customers. Job requires the ability to work well with others on a team as well as independently. Job requires working within a diverse team of skilled and motivated co-workers to collaborate on results. Other qualities for this candidate are a positive attitude, self-motivated, the ability to work in a fast-paced, demanding environment, and the ability to adapt to changing priorities.



This role will be based out of Bangalore, India.



Position Responsibilities:



  • As SAP EAM-MRO Analyst, responsible for projects and support involving In-house, Field Service Repair process including Service Order, Maintenance Order, Refurbish Order, Subcontracting repairs.

  • Responsible for gathering requirements thru workshops, development of functional design, design functional and UAT test scripts, and assisting with training development

  • Translating Functional Specifications into Application design documents, co-ordination with ABAP team, testing of new functionality or Enhancements, Prepare Test plans and Test scripts, Perform Unit tests and integration tests

  • A strong configuration skill in Work orders, Equipment master, Task Lists, BOM, Serial numbers, Work center, Warranty, Service Notification, Service orders, and Service Contract is also desired

  • Overall knowledge of SAP Logistics modules and their integration with SD, Finance and Controlling

  • In depth knowledge of SAP MRO module specific User exits, batch jobs and standard SAP reports

  • Experience in Maintenance/Repair/Overhaul business process and solution in Aerospace & Defense industry or its equivalent industry is a plus

  • Sound knowledge of integration of EAM with SAP EWM and P2P. Sound knowledge of In-house, Field Service Repair process including Service Order, Maintenance Order, Refurbish Order, Subcontracting repairs

  • Exceptional Communication and Interpersonal skills

Required Skills/Experience:



  • 8+ years of overall SAP EAM/PM module experience focusing on SAP MRO-(Maintenance Overhaul & Repair), Plant Maintenance and planning, Service Management, EAM and its integration with EWM

  • Candidate should have done minimum one EAM/PM implementation projects with at least 1 implementation in S/4 HANA

  • Strong Domain Experience in MRO, Enterprise Asset Management, Plant Maintenance, specifically Knowledge of one or more integration points to EAM, including EWM

  • Experience of S/4 HANA and should be well aware of the S/4HANA road-map, aware of differences between various releases and new innovations that are brought in each of the S/4HANA release

  • SAP certification is mandatory.




Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):


  • Related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.


Typical Education & Experience:


  • Typically, 8-12 Years or more related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) Preferred, but not required.

This position does offer relocation within INDIA.
