We have an immediate need for an experienced Medical Financial Counselor in our Southside area office in Jacksonville, FL.
This is a full-time role, Monday thru Friday from 7am to 4pm EST - IN OFFICE.
As a Financial Counselor you will be scheduling appointments daily from a call sheet that is provided to set up meetings with patients on a Telemed platform. Once a treatment plan is provided by the physician, you will verify benefits and insurance and walk the patient thru Financial options and third party fees to consider.
We are seeking someone who can display empathy and compassion and work with professionalism in a collaborative team. Please apply if you have 2+ years of medical financial counseling experience with a sales and customer service background.
