Shipping/Logistics Clerk - Military Veterans

We are looking for a Shipping/Logistics Clerk preferably from the ecommerce industry. We are an expanding company with opportunities for growth! Duties include assisting the Shipping Manager, scheduling/routing outbound shipments, and working closely with accounts to ensure orders ship on time.

Responsibilities:
1. Work closely with carrier network to ensure in transit shipments are processed, tracked, updated, and delivered as required.
2. Deal with shipping issues, minimize extra expenses and ensure company procedures and best practices are followed.
3. Review and resolve discrepancies for freight bills.
4. Ensure that performance and cost expectations for external transportation providers are clearly communicated, reinforced, measured and met.
5. Create daily receiving and shipping schedule, Schedule trucking, Maintain inventory.

Qualifications:
* 1+ years experience in e-commerce, logistics or transportation-related field.
* Experience with shipment routing, EDI, ASN, and Amazon Vendor Central processing Preferred.
* English and Bilingual Mandarin Preferred.
* Strong planning and organizational skills.
* Ability to multi-task, work efficiently under minimal supervision, and is both a team player and a self starter.
