Job Description

HII Mission Technologies Division is seeking an Inventory Audit/TDL Support in support of a large Operations and Maintenance Contract within Mission Technologies.

Positions will be based at global Army training site in Orlando, FL. This position is contingent upon contract award.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Conducts internal assessments, audits of inventory, and execution/oversight of Government Property Loss investigations to assist in the comprehensive oversight of logistics, equipment, and inventory management as pertains to government property and logistics operations.
  • Assists the Logistics Director with validating the implementation and management of the inventory management system, ensuring efficient equipment handling and logistics data reporting.
  • Provides logistics functional support to the TDL Portfolio Managers assisting in the monitoring operational aspects of ongoing TDL projects.
  • Assists the TDL Portfolio Manager and TDL Operations Managers in the assessment of project issues and helps to develop logistics-related resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Advises in the development of logistics and inventory related mechanisms used to monitor TDL performance and for intervention and problem solving.
  • Responsible for verifying the maintenance and update status for supply information within the ISTS to assist supply demand analysis and forecasting.
  • Tracks parts consumption and delivery dates, and resolution of issues related to parts obsolescence.
  • Confirms the effectiveness of demilitarization, de-installation, shipment coordination, and preparation of TADSS for disposal in alignment with demilitarization codes, along with the required communication with the AAS Plant Clearance Officer for disposal instructions.

Minimum Qualifications

3 years relevant experience with Bachelors in related field; 1 year relevant experience with Masters in related field; or High School Diploma or equivalent and 7 years relevant experience.

It is required that the Inventory Audit/TDL Support has the following qualifications:
  • Experience in conducting internal assessments, audits of inventory, and execution/oversight of Government Property Loss investigations
  • Experience in assisting with the validation and management of the inventory management system
  • Ability to provide logistics functional support to TDL Portfolio Managers
  • Experience in developing logistics-related resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives
  • Ability to verify maintenance and update status for supply information within ISTS
  • Experience in tracking parts consumption and delivery dates
  • Familiarity with demilitarization processes and shipment coordination
  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Bachelors; 1 year of experience with a Masters; or minimum of 7 years experience with high school diploma or equivalent
