Industrial Security Rep Asc (secret clearance required) - Military Veterans

Description:The chosen candidate will begin an exciting career as a Lockheed Martin Enterprise Operations and Business Services, Security Representative Associate for the 1Y2R3 CAGE code in Orlando, FL. This position will support multiple programs, enforcing compliance with all regulatory guidance as defined in the 32 CFR Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NSIPOM), DoD Manuals, Lockheed Martin Policies, etc.

The job responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Support and audit the security program for compliance with government regulations associated with the protection of classified material and Sensitive Information
• Perform in individual and team roles supporting all contractual security requirements for DoD collateral classified programs
• Investigate security violations and prepare incident reports
• Provide support for classified meetings and visits
• Work within DISS and NISS Government databases
• Support Document control utilizing the company information management system
• Process Receipt and dispatch of classified material
• Participation in security self-inspections
• Process Access Briefings (NATO, CNWDI, FGI, etc)
• Support employee Out-processing
• Provide support to the COMSEC program and site COMSEC Mgr.
• Develop and conduct security education briefings
• Apply business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges, and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership and enterprise business partners
• Assist leadership in gathering data for Corporate initiatives
Basic Qualifications:
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Top Secret Clearance. Must hold a secret clearance prior to starting.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
• Excellent administrative and computer skills
• Be highly organized and have advanced oral and written communication skills
• Self-driven and results-oriented individual

Desired Skills:
• Previous Industrial Security experience
• Knowledge of DISS, NISS, SIMS, and the security clearance process
• Basic understanding of DoD policies and regulations
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
