Network Infrastructure Lead - SECRET - Military Veterans

Zachary Piper Solutions is seeking a qualified Network Infrastructure Lead supporting a US Army National Guard program in Arlington, VA. This position requires an ACTIVE SECRET CLEARANCE.
Responsibilities of the Network Infrastructure Lead:
- Lead, manage, and provide guidance and direction to network administrators, network engineers, system administrators, and system engineers; conduct performance reviews and administer any required corrective actions.
- Develop, implement, and maintain policies, procedures, and associated training plans for infrastructure administration and end-user support.
- Participate in the development of ITIL-based strategies in collaboration with the PMO team.
- Assist with the planning and deployment of infrastructure security measures
Qualifications of the Network Infrastructure Lead:
- 5+ years experience managing network services for a similar network to that of the current ARNG NEC environment
- Experience leading a team of 20+ LAN Administrators and Engineers
- Must possess active IAT Level II certification: CCNA, Security+CE, GICSP, CySA+, etc.
- Must have active SECRET clearance
Compensation of the Network Infrastructure Lead:
- Salary: $140-150,000/year *flexible based on experience*
