Job Description:
We are currently seeking a talented Civil Structural Engineer to join our team and contribute to our portfolio of commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in civil and structural engineering principles, with a focus on designing and overseeing the construction of commercial buildings and structures.

Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, and multidisciplinary teams to develop design concepts and engineering solutions for commercial projects.

  • Perform structural analysis, calculations, and simulations to ensure the integrity and safety of building structures.

  • Prepare detailed engineering plans, specifications, and drawings using CAD software.

  • Coordinate with external consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies to obtain permits, approvals, and ensure compliance with building codes and regulations.

  • Conduct site inspections and evaluations to assess construction progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.

  • Provide technical support and guidance to project teams throughout the design and construction phases.

  • Participate in project meetings, reviews, and presentations to stakeholders.



Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering, or related field. Master's degree preferred.

  • Professional Engineer (PE) license preferred.

  • years of experience in civil or structural engineering, with a focus on commercial projects.

  • Proficiency in structural analysis software (e.g., SAP2000, ETABS, STAAD.Pro) and CAD software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit).

  • Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and industry standards.

  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.

  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
