Summary

We are hiring for Destination Travel Registered Nurses (RNs).


Average weekly gross pay $3003 / weekly


Must be willing to do travel in at least 3 states


*** Must have 1 year of recent Home Health Registered Nurse experience in the last 12 months 


Must have 1 year of recent Homecare Homebase (Point Care) experience ***

Weekly amount stated in the job postings is based on the estimated salary upon hire and the
stipends for the location of the assignment. Your taxable Salary will be negotiated upon hire and
NEVER gets reduced. You can rely on a consistent paycheck without fear of “rate reductions.”

 

Responsibilities

The Destination Travel Home Health Nurse (RN) provides high-quality in-home health care as a full-time employee to our patients in agencies across 38 states, from California to New York. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:




  • Works to reduce unnecessary patient hospitalizations, improve patient safety, and implements processes and best practices to ensure positive patient outcomes. 


  • Makes the initial and/or comprehensive nursing evaluation visit, determines primary focus of care, develops the plan of care within State specific guidelines, and submits accurate, complete, and timely documentation, per policy.


  • Initiates, develops, implements and makes necessary revisions to the plan of care in collaboration with the physician and other health care professional's involved in care.

Education and Experience


  • Current American Heart Association BLS


  • Must have current RN licensure
