Sales/Territory Management - Military Veterans

at Big Joe Lift Trucks Inc.

Looking for highly motivated individuals that are excited about a career in selling! We are looking to grow our sales team and are excited about the opportunity of hiring Veterans.   We are looking for indiviudals to sell equipment in the Los Angeles, Orange County and Inland Empire territories.  The job is part time in the field and part time in office.  We offer salary plus commission for this position.  Military recruiting experience preferred but not mandatory.  Average employee duration currently at our company is over 15 years.  We like to build relationships with our employees and create a path of trust and loyalty.   Come see what we are all about! We are located in Carson, CA but the territories are spread all over Southern California. 


Salary starting at $60k plus commissions


Essential duties and responsibilities: 



  • Contacts current/potential customers

  • Makes daily calls- includes cold calling and making appointments

  • Responsible for generating new business

  • Responsible for working leads 

  • Responsible for enganging in past business

  • Sells product and provides sales support/account management 

  • Enthusiasm for the product and company brand

  • Keeps clientele informed by notifying them of preferred customer sales and future merchandise of potential interest

  • Protected territory after probation period
