This position offers a $1,000 Sign-On Bonus and a $5,000 relocation assistance bonus for all military personnel (recently off duty, active duty, and military spouses). Starting pay for this role averages $19.25 -$38+ an hour based on a Maintenance Assessment, location, and shift. (2nd and 3rd shift offer additional shift premium based on plant).

What You'll Do: 

• Perform work in all areas of the foundry with minimal direction from a supervisor.


• Capability to follow the directives of the Work Instruction Manual.


• Enforce 100% compliance with safety and environmental procedures.


• Must demonstrate the ability to perform Predictive Maintenance and all Predictive Maintenance procedures.


• Document and report unsafe conditions, injuries, and illnesses to your supervision immediately.

What We Need From You:

• Program completion at a technical school is highly considered and proven experience as a maintenance technician/mechanic


• Must have all the required tools to qualify for top rate.


• High School Diploma preferred.


• Demonstrate equipment process knowledge and knowledge of plant/maintenance computer functions.
