Job Description:
As the Restaurant General Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our restaurant. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and motivate a diverse team of employees, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
Set clear expectations, provide coaching and feedback, and support the professional growth of your team.
Create and maintain a staffing schedule that ensures optimal coverage and labor cost control.

Customer Service:
Uphold the highest standards of customer service and ensure that our guests have an exceptional dining experience.
Address and resolve customer concerns or complaints, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Financial Management:
Manage all aspects of financial performance, including sales, labor costs, and inventory control.
Develop and execute strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
Monitor and control expenses while adhering to the budget.

Operational Excellence:
Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food preparation, cleanliness, and adherence to health and safety regulations.
Ensure the consistency and quality of our products, maintaining our brand's reputation for excellence.

Inventory and Supply Chain:
Manage inventory levels and ordering to prevent shortages and reduce waste.
Build and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate favorable terms.

Marketing and Promotions:
Collaborate with marketing teams to execute marketing campaigns and promotional events.
Engage with the local community to build and strengthen our restaurant's presence.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in the restaurant industry.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Financial acumen and experience with budgeting and cost control.
A passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
Knowledge of food safety and health regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability.
