Litigation Legal Assistant - Direct Hire - Military Veterans

Beacon Hill Legal is looking for an experienced Legal Assistant to join the Litigation group of a national law firm in its Columbus, OH office. The Litigation Legal Assistant will support the firm's attorneys and paralegal with a busy and dynamic healthcare litigation practice. The working hours of this position are 8am - 5pm. Duties include but aren't limited to:

• Preparing, proofreading, and editing legal documents including pleadings and discovery;



• E-filing in state and federal court;



• Scheduling and maintaining attorney calendars;



• Preparing exhibits and witness lists;



• Entering attorney billable time and review pro-formas;



• Processing reimbursements and expense reports;



• And more!

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of litigation experience in a law firm setting



• E-filing experience is a MUST!



• Bachelor's Degree preferred but not required.
