Job Summary:


Akima Data Management is looking for a Records Manager III to work in Alexandria Virginia. Applicants should have solid records management experience. To join our team of outstanding professionals, apply today!


Responsibilities


Job Responsibilities:




  • Assists in the development, inventory, storage, distribution, and destruction of forms as required under set practices of the Records Management Systems.


  • Assists with conducting surveys to consider user needs.


  • Creates and updates forms by using computer design software.


  • Tracks records, information, and documentation from receipt through its life cycle.


  • Categorizes and keeps physical and electronic documents.


  • Performs work under general supervision.


  • Handles moderately complex issues and problems and refers more complex issues to higher-level staff.




Qualifications


Minimum Qualifications:




  • Ability to obtain Secret clearance


  • 4-6 years' experience in records management


  • High School Diploma
