Entegris, a leading materials innovator, is growing rapidly in multiple specialty chemical and material markets and is seeking an Sr. Account Manager to join an empowered team leading our growth.

In applying knowledge and passion around specialty materials, and CMP material the Account Manager role offers the opportunity to be a part of a high growth business at Entegris. Serving as the primary engagement point for the Specialty Chemicals and CMP materials in Materials division semiconductor markets, the role will be responsible for developing, maintaining and growing productive, long-term relationships with customers, enabling Entegris to meet revenue, profitability and market share objectives in the target markets.

This position can be located anywhere within Midwestern or Southwestern United States.

Responsibilities:

The Sr Account Manager will serve as the primary Entegris contact for customers in the assigned territory/market and will maintain strong, productive relationships with customers to enable Entegris and the customer to meet business goals.

Specific responsibilities include:

  • Sr Account manager requires business acumen while understanding technical requirements from customers


  • This role expect Sr. AM to connect high, wide and deep at customer organization to uncover customers problem to provide Entegris solution


  • Ongoing relationship building and management with customers via face-to-face and video/phone contact


  • Manage ongoing engagement between various internal business functions and client organizations


  • Develop and execute account and opportunity plans for key customers and prospects


  • Understand and communicate customer needs and position Entegris products to meet those needs


  • Ensure timely execution of actions throughout the sales cycle, interfacing with numerous functions internally to ensure adequate and timely completion of deliverables


  • Success in the role will be defined by growing product line revenues, profitability and market share. Additional objectives will be measured by generating revenue growth at new accounts as well as introducing and growing new products at existing accounts in target markets.


  • Responsible for business growth target of 15% year-on-year growth


  • Collaborate and influence overseas revenue growth for global accounts


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree is required ; Bachelor's or advanced degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or similar is highly preferred


  • 10+ years of experience in the specialty chemical or materials industry, including significant experience in a sales or customer facing role


  • Strong sales skills and orientation, with a demonstrated capability to build lasting customer relationships from initial call to long-term partner


  • Familiarity with developing cost of ownership models and value-based selling is ideal


  • Experience and knowledge in key markets for Entegris:


  • Strong negotiation skills, enabling win-win outcomes


  • Strong leadership and influence skills, including some project management skills and experience
