Core Support Specialist 

Norton Shores, Michigan

Hourly Pay: $17/hr W2



Perform daily Business Services Core support duties including, but not limited to: Daily Core Review, Owed Core Reminders, Scrap Sales Orders, Engine RIALS, Core Validation Report, Back-Up Key Functions.



Responsibilities include:



  • Daily core review and tying.

  • Owed core review and customer reminders.

  • Confirm and create outright sales order/delivery to scrap cores within 72 hours, as needed.

  • Complete Engine RIALS within 24 hours of receipt.

  • Run core validation report twice weekly to research and review for discrepancies.

  • Create, sort, and prepare monthly ILS inventory data.

  • Act as backup on key functions for other team members (PL17 report, Core RAILS, Virtual Consignment Pickup, Ship Log and RMA 453s), as required.

  • Maintain a professional image when communicating with internal/external customers.

  • Provide timely assistance to Business Services team on any special projects.

  • Coordinate with Operations Supervisor, Manager or Director, as required.





Qualifications:


  • Must be highly organized and be able to work independently.

  • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Must be able to prioritize workload and meet deadlines in a fast-paced work environment.

  • High school diploma required.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite required.
