Ambulatory Operations Manager | University of California San Francisco - Military Veterans

The Ambulatory Operation Managers will be directly involved in the day-to-day needs of the Pediatric Heart Center (PHC) which spans all cardiology clinics and areas. The manager participates in conjunction with the Service Line Director in the development of strategic plans and implementation of strategic initiatives focused on improving the profitability and market share of the PHC service line. Participates in direct profit and loss, revenue generation, and expenditure control to optimize the utilization of resources at minimum cost. The manager is also responsible for all aspects of operations of the Pediatric Heart Center service line including business development, personnel management, fiscal management, and long-range planning of business affairs. Plans, directs, coordinates, and manages all non-clinical service line activities, projects and programs, including all aspects of patient scheduling, registration, patient billing, as well as facilities maintenance.
