Primary Purpose of Position
Receives inbound calls from customers who want to cancel their service contract and other related services. Places
outbound calls to "win-back" customers who have previously canceled and as a sales follow up for commodity products.
Qualify and sell/re-sell contracts using benefits /value approach and incentive discounts by phone. Process each sale and
coordinate with respective groups. Responsible for various administrative duties in relation to sales.

Primary Duties and Accountabilities
• Verbally describes, promotes and sells service related contracts, products and services (service contracts, surge and
gas and electric commodity.)
• Evaluates current contract and recommends suitable service contracts explaining important benefits and cost / benefit
relationships.
• Keeps abreast of latest product coverage and pricing by studying contracts and terms and conditions and works
closely with the Marketing Department Representative for updates concerning Constellation Home contracts as well as
competition.
• Maintains an acute awareness of competition for feedback to management and to enhance "value" selling. In addition,
garners the customer's intent for cancel and provides timely feedback to manager.
• Evaluates customer's issues regarding billing disputes and refers to appropriate parties for resolution.

Minimum Qualifications
• Knowledge:
• Knowledge of Constellation Home products and services.
• Knowledge of Sales
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Knowledge of Great Plains, Viryanet and CRM a plus.
• Skills/Abilities:
• Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing with proven customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks accurately.
• Qualifications: High School Graduate or equivalent with minimum of 5 years work experiences preferably in sales and
retention.
• Competencies: Nights and weekends are required, including every Saturday. May perform other duties as assigned.
