Bilingual (English/Spanish) Customer Service Admin - Military Veterans

A well-known establishment in Santa Barbara, CA is looking for a Temporary Bilingual Customer Service Specialist/Admin Assistant to join their team! The ideal candidate will have several years of experience answering a high volume of calls, collaborative spirit, team-oriented and can input orders with minimal mistakes in our CRM system.

Pay: $19-$25, depending on experience
Location: 100% Onsite in Santa Barbara, CA
Duration: Temp 3-4 months
Schedule: Full-time, M-F, 7am-4:30pm
Start: Early July
**Background check and drug screen required

Job Duties:
-Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email.
-Resolve customer issues and complaints in a professional manner
-Provide information to customers regarding products and services; Process orders, returns, and exchanges.
-Maintain accurate customer records and update account information.

Qualifications:
-Must be bilingual (English/Spanish).
-Prior experience scheduling, data entry, working with CRM software & database management.
