Job Description:
- Lead cross-functional teams to support new product development in meeting product specifications.
- Design & develop test systems to support R&D product characterizations.
- Proactively explore & identify opportunities for process improvements, which helps in test time reduction, test results generation/reporting, cost reduction/avoidance.
- Collaborating with R&D during product development stage to ensure compliance in product test coverage.
- Perform product data analysis using Six Sigma concepts and tools to identify areas for improvement and effectively resolve any issues related to new products.
- Capability to develop automation tools for product analysis and RF/electrical characterization.
- BS, MS or PhD in Engineering (Electronic/Electrical/Science/Physics).
- Self-motivated, result-oriented and a team player with strong leadership, interpersonal, & communication skills. Able to work with minimum supervision & multitasking in a fast paced environment.
- Candidates with more than 5 years working experience and a strong background in new product engineering and/or RF test development background will be considered.
- Experience with RF test or test development, proficiency in coding (C#, Python, etc.) for test automation and data reporting.
- Strong analytical skills, proficiency in data science, statistics, and familiar with Six Sigma quality concepts and tools.
- Positive attitude and excellent communications skills in English.
