We are looking for a Team Leader who thrives in a collaborative workspace while supporting the EODAS production line in the McKinney CMC. You will manage the production process and be accountable for cost, quality, and schedule. Your excellent interpersonal skills will be required to perform a wide variety of sequencing, planning, scheduling, coordinating and reporting tasks in support of the manufacturing workflow. Your deep understanding of MRP and shop floor MES will be essential in order to coordinate and monitor workflow, and assist in scheduling and prioritizing activities in assigned areas. This position requires engagement with other functional areas where your experience using influencing others will be needed to enable continuous improvement in cost, quality and schedule performance. Your computer literacy and proficiency with with Microsoft Office Tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Access) will be utilized daily. 


 



What You Will Do




  • Weekly/daily interaction with factory build team. 


  • Weekly/daily interaction with factory managers 


  • Workforce planning and forecasting to assist in staffing of the MFG Team 


  • Ensuring the enforcement of company policies and procedures 


  • Ensuring adherence to all Raytheon and factory compliance rules and policies 


  • Ensuring metrics are achieved. 





  Qualifications You Must Have



  • Typically requires a bachelor’s degree and a minimum of five years of prior relevant experience, or an Advance Degree in a related field and a minimum of three years’ experience 


  • The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required. U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.



 


Qualifications We Prefer



  • Experience with MRP 


  • Effective self-starter and professional interpersonal skills, with a “can-do” attitude 





  • Ability to develop creative solutions to achieve goals of improved efficiency and lower assembly costs 


  • Cleanroom Experience

  • Employees who are working in Onsite roles will work primarily onsite. This includes all production and maintenance employees, as they are essential to the development of our products.




 


The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education/training, and key skills.

Hired applicants may be eligible for benefits, including but not limited to, medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, long-term disability, 401(k) match, flexible spending accounts, flexible work schedules, employee assistance program, Employee Scholar Program, parental leave, paid time off, and holidays. Specific benefits are dependent upon the specific business unit as well as whether or not the position is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement.

Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position and whether or not it is covered by a collective-bargaining agreement. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
