JOB DESCRIPTION SUMMARY

The Legal Compliance Services Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the strict compliance with all rules and regulations set forth by identified federal regulatory agencies.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Greystar is seeking a Part-time Legal Compliance Services Coordinator who will support the Greystar legal services team's efforts to adhere to legal entity management guidelines and regulatory requirements. The position will be part-time based in San Diego, CA, and, after a period of initial training, will offer flexibility for hybrid remote/in-office work options. Responsibilities of this position include but are not limited to:

• Assisting in preparation of compliance filings.

• Reviewing and analyzing entity documentation.

• Researching legal issues assigned by team

• Assisting with project management and other administrative support functions.

Minimum Requirements


  • Completed at least one year of study in pursuit of a bachelor's degree at an accredited institution.

  • Availability to work 10 - 25 hours per week, which will vary depending on team's needs.

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information

  • Ability to attend in-person meetings at Greystar's Solana Beach office



Preferred Qualifications

  • Strong research, analytical, and organizational skills, as well as attention to detail

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word; experience with relational databases a plus

  • Ability to work collaboratively and take direction



Compensation range for this role is $18-$20 per hour.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Compensation is based on geographic location and individual pay decisions will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc.

Onsite Property Positions: In addition to the base salary, may be eligible for a discretionary weekly, monthly and/or quarterly bonus based on budget.
