Critical Care Pharmacist - Evening shift (7-days on/7-days off) - Military Veterans

The Critical Care Pharmacist is responsible for the provision of safe, effective, appropriate, and cost-effective medication therapy to patients in the Emergency Department (ED), Newborn Intensive Care (NICU) and Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU). This pharmacist will respond to traumas in the ED and codes throughout the hospital. This pharmacist will be responsible for performing and overseeing the medication reconciliation process at the patient’s admission transition point from the ED. This pharmacist will be responsible for attending evening PICU rounds to collaborate with the patient care teams to improve patient care outcomes and safety through clinical recommendations and interventions.
