Main Responsibilities:

Through the establishment of a secure production of technical documents and programs to guide production line staff the standardize produce, improve production efficiency and product quality

Be responsible to production process control of pressure vessel in Suzhou site; actively utilize various resources to ensure a high quality delivery is assured, on time and on budget.

Establish standardize processing requirement to instruct the production of pressure vessel components, improve the capacity and quality level of suppliers.

Monitor line process/equipment issues, analyze and drive problem solving or providing solutions.

Responsible for performing process and quality improvement.

Define operation standard, generate specification, working instruction for responsible process/operation. And responsible for training technician and operator.

Conduct evaluation and qualification for new product, equipment, material, develop and establish new equipment/process operating procedures and maintenance program.

Required Knowledge/Skills:

0~6years work experience, including 0~3 years manufacturing process expertise experience. Welding or mechanical engineering background.

Basic knowledge in quality/EHS system. Project management.

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience on Lean/ 5S.

Bachelor degree or above, experience in mechanical engineering is preferred

Shall be fluent in oral and written English is necessary

Self-motivated, good communication skill and team sprit are required.
