In this position you will establish and drive the Building
Automation Procurement transformation and supply resiliency organization in
alignment with business/ISC priorities globally as per Annual Operating Plan
and Strategic Plan. You will have the responsibility to deliver world class supply
resiliency, support M&A and footprint initiatives, drive operational efficiency
through standardization and simplification. You will drive procurement
excellence by partnering with businesses (GBEs), Corporate Procurement team and
supplier partners and will help deliver best in class results and deliver on
business expectations. This role will ensure all activities and processes will enable
a resilient and flexible supply chain.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Drive and
execute Annual Operating Plan and Strategic Plan with supporting
strategies - Right and fast
execution of strategies to align with business growth and priorities - Build new
relationships with key Supplier Leadership - Build a
world-class workforce that creates competitive advantage by recruiting,
developing, and retaining top talent - Align with
Sales, Marketing, Technology, Business, Operations, Finance, and Quality
and other Honeywell Businesses - Manage and
comply to sourcing processes and performance through an effective
management operating system - Manage
Organizational Effectiveness through efficiency improvement and functional
transformation - Identify risk
in the supply chain throughs supplier audits, procurement data analytics,
resilience analytics, business inputs - Partner with
Engineering, Analytics team, COE and GBE sourcing teams to develop dual
sourcing mitigation plans - Partner with Strategy
and Commercial team to support the M&A initiatives including due
diligence, synergy savings, integration of new entity and risk management - Partner with
business owners to develop product portfolio mitigation plans - Work with AME,
ISC GBE/Regional leaders, and BA Transitions Team to identify site
expansion opportunities - Develop
supplier localization plans and partner with COE, Engineering, and GBE
sourcing teams to qualify suppliers - Manage Risk
Events to contain the risk and establish long term improvements into the
resiliency program
YOU MUST HAVE
- Bachelors
Degree
WE VALUE
- Extensive
experience in Global Procurement - Master's Degree
- Complex and
Large Project Management and/or Contract Management Experience - Professional
Certifications in Project/Supply Chain/ Procurement/Contract Management - Global
Leadership experience in Supply Management/Sourcing/Procurement/Business - Demonstrated
Business and financial acumen - Experience with
SAP, E Sourcing Platforms, Request for Quotation Tools, Project Management
Tools - International
experience with exposure to High Growth Regions - Cross-functional
experience at the interfaces of engineering/technology, operations,
sales/marketing
