As an Assistant Coach, you will play a key role in an elite Division I program who values the total student-athlete experience. In this role, you will be expected to: Exemplify and role model the values and standards of our University and Women's Lacrosse program Support the Head Coach with all facets of the program Identify and evaluate prospective student-athletes Coordinate travel for off-campus recruiting opportunities Coordinate on-campus recruiting visits Oversee documentation for prospect evaluations (currently through ARMS) Assist with the planning and implementation of tactical strategies into daily practice sessions Review practice/game film and prepare for individual and team film sessions Coordinate team equipment needs Serve as social media liaison between Fighting Irish Media and program In joining the Notre Dame family, you will become part of a great work culture that values a distinct mission. Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors degree Collegiate level playing experience Must possess extensive knowledge of the sport, as well as its skills and strategies Strong organization and communication skills Knowledge of NCAA rules and regulations required Preferred Qualifications: Minimum of 2 years collegiate coaching experience Proficiency with scouting/coaching software.
