Electromechanical Systems Technical Trainer

$75-90K+/year

Are you a skilled communicator with expertise in industrial injection molding equipment? We're seeking a subject matter expert to train our valued customers. Join us and make an impact!

Responsibilities:

Conduct 4-day training courses at customer locations
Travel approximately 30 weeks per year
Represent our company by resolving issues on-site and coordinating with various stakeholders
Collaborate with engineering to stay updated on new developments in the field
Maintain training lab equipment
Become proficient in teaching all company training courses
Develop new training materials

Qualifications:

Electrical and/or mechanical machine maintenance experience
Expertise with the injection molding process
Spanish language proficiency
Experience on the manufacturing floor of 3+ years OR Military training in a technical field

Not Required But Our Ideal Candidate Would Have:

Associate's Degree in a Technical field or Military Experience
Maintenance lead experience
