Sr. Production Planner - Military Veterans

Be part of a team at the Geneva site where you will use your knowledge and background in finding innovative, cost-effective means to improve production control output and continuous improvements working with Operations, Engineering, Operations AME and Sourcing. You will partner with the factory operations in providing direction that ensures product is coordinated, monitored, and completes the production cycle according to schedule.

Key Responsibilities

Lead SIOP Supply Planning process for the site
Create and maintain Master Production Schedule
Engage in the entire materials planning process
Coordinate among purchasing, production, sales, customer service, quality, and engineering teams
Continuous improvement plans
Interacts with factory floor
Escalates identified risks
Data analysis

YOU MUST HAVE

2+ years of experience in production or supply planning
2+ years experience and expertise with MRP/ERP Systems (SAP preferred)
2+ years Kinaxis Rapid Response Experience
2+ MPS knowledge and experience

WE VALUE

Bachelors Degree in Business or Supply Chain Management
Experience with SIOP and production scheduling processes
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Strong computer applications skills (Excel, Access)
Knowledge of manufacturing planning processes
Knowledge in lean, six sigma tools and problem-solving methodology
Mentor junior members of planning team
