The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is a development program for applicants with established experience (3-5 years) in the manufacturing and operations space. This opportunity will provide the applicants with three individual assignments aimed to help increase their skillset while building leadership experience, preparing them for future career advancement at Entegris.

The OLDP specifically targets candidates with a balanced mix of high technical acumen, hunger for professional development and the capacity to complete complex work projects while participating in the program's custom learning curriculum.

OLDP seeks to advance participants' development through the completion of three 9-month assignments in the areas of planning (demand, supply, etc.), continuous improvement/lean/industrial engineering and production supervision. Inclusion in this program will provide exposure to executive mentors, active learning events with Senior Leaders and challenging project work that directly contributes to key business objectives. This program seeks to accelerate the process of identifying and positioning high-potential employees to become future leaders of Entegris.

The first production supervision role will be an assignment leading the Bedford 24x7 UPE membrane line. There are four teams (two day / two night) that work 3 days on, 4 days off, then 4 days on, 3 days off. These 12 hr. shifts provide permanent coverage to keep the equipment staffed continuously. This first production assignment will be a day shift position, requiring one Sat. or Sun. workday. The planning and continuous improvement rotations will be M-F, day shift.

Rapidly build upon your technical capabilities:
•2+ year rotational assignment in the functional areas of planning, continuous improvement/lean/industrial engineering and production supervision.
•On-the-job training and compelling project work that directly contributes to site deliverables.
•Online learning management courses designed to provide introductory to advanced training in the core disciplines that fuel Entegris.

Expand your internal network within Entegris:
•Face-to-face interactions with Senior Leaders during workshops and presentation meetings.
•Opportunities for work travel to additional sites and divisions (pending travel restrictions) for increased exposure and understanding of processes and procedures.
•Establishment of meaningful relationships with technically accomplished seasoned professionals.

Great candidates for this program would have the following:
•Aligned employment start date with the OLDP program start date of October 28, 2024.
•Willingness to work during off shifts depending on business needs and requirements.
•Bachelor's degree or above with a strong GPA or applicable equivalent experience (3-5 years of experience in manufacturing or operations).
•Commitment to a 2+ year training program with competitive compensation and full benefits package.

•Proven track record of academic and/or professional achievement.
•Self-starter with a proclivity for taking initiative and jumping right in.
