AppleOne has partnered with a growing family-owned Cabinet Manufacture in Corona, CA to assist them in hiring a bilingual English and Spanish Customer Service Representative.
Job Title: Customer Service
Location: Corona, CA (Onsite)
Available Schedules: Tue-Fri 6am-5pm and Mon-Thur 6am-5pm
Type of Employment: Temp-Hire
Pay Range: $18-$23 per hour DOE
Duties:
Answer a high volume of inbound and outbound phone calls
Receive work orders
Process work orders into the customer account
Coordinate with homeowners and technicians to schedule appointments
Follow up on appointments
Order materials based on job specifications
Additional duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Bilingual English and Spanish
2+ years of recent customer service experience within the construction, distribution, logistics, or manufacturing industry
Must be comfortable with working in a fast pace construction environment
Computer proficiency
Cabinet manufacturing is a major plus
