Johnson Controls is looking for an Electrical Wirer to join our 3rd shift team! Apply now for consideration.

In this role you will:

• Plan, layout, and installs wiring, electrical fixtures, apparatus, and control equipment by performing the following duties.
  
  


• Plans new or modified installations to minimize waste of materials, provide access for future maintenance, and avoid unsightly, hazardous, and unreliable wiring, consistent with specifications contained in the Electrical Assembly Manual and the National Electric Code.
  
  


• Measures, cuts, bends, threads, assembles, and installs electrical conduit.
  
  


• Pulls wiring through conduit and properly installs control wiring in precut holes within units.
  
  


• Terminates wire in appropriate location according to Electrical schematics
  
  

Qualifications:

• Forklift license required. Must be able to obtain within three (3) months
  
  


• Associate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or six months to one year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience preferred
  
  


• High School Diploma or Equivalency required
  
  

This is a 3rd shift role working from 10pm to 6am, Monday through Friday with some mandatory OT on weekends.
