The NYU Langone Health Leon H. Charney Division of Cardiology seeks a highly motivated academically-oriented Adult Congenital Heart Disease (ACHD) cardiologist with adult cardiovascular disease training background to join our fast-growing, nationally accredited ACHD program. The applicant must have a strong commitment to academic medicine and research.


The NYULH ACHD program is the first accredited ACHD program in New York State. The program prides itself on its collaborative approach to patient care. Our multidisciplinary team includes representatives from pediatric and adult cardiology (including their respective subspecialties), maternal-fetal-medicine, cardiac anesthesia, and cardiac surgery working together to provide state-of-the-art clinical care.  Clinical responsibilities of the ACHD team span across the NYU Langone Health Network (Manhattan and Long Island), Bellevue Hospital (a historic hospital and the largest public hospital in the tristate area) as well as satellite clinics in the boroughs and Morristown, NJ. A particular aim of the position would be to strengthen and expand the ACHD presence at Bellevue Hospital.

The ideal applicant has a strong interest and/or experience in clinical congenital cardiology and a background in adult cardiovascular disease. They are an excellent clinician-educator and board certified/board eligible in ACHD.   

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York City Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements.  The salary range for the role is 300k to 330k. The salary range listed is for full-time employment and does not include incentive compensation or benefits. Actual salary may not fall within the listed salary range; consideration will be made for experience, training, hospital/community need, and other factors.
