Thu - Sat 6:00am - 6:30pm


Kelly is seeking a dedicated and experienced Weekend Production Supervisor to join our client in Detroit Lakes, MN on a direct hire basis. As the Weekend Production Supervisor, you will play a key role in ensuring products are built and shipped per schedule and established standards of work. You will provide positive staff leadership and maintain accountability on the production floor. 


Responsibilities:



  • Organize and monitor daily activities for assigned personnel, ensuring products are built and shipped per schedule.

  • Exhibit positive leadership and foster support for corporate unity within the department.

  • Collaborate with other departments, shifts, supervisors, and assembly personnel to meet production objectives.

  • Train and coach employees, providing guidance and support for their professional development.

  • Maintain a high level of organization, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to established standards.

  • Address any production issues or challenges, implementing corrective actions as needed.

  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and promote a safe working environment.

  • Complete necessary documentation and reports accurately and in a timely manner.


Qualifications:



  • Previous experience leading a team and demonstrating effective communication skills.

  • Experience in training and coaching employees for optimal performance.

  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and able to prioritize effectively.

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • 1-2 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a production or manufacturing environment.
