Job Summary and Qualifications

Responsible for performing new member recruitment cost analysis and product cross-reference comparisons ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of the program’s pricing benefits. Execute and manage financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program.

What you will do in this role:


  • Perform new member recruitment cost analysis and product comparison ensuring accurate and clinically sound illustration of program benefits

  • Ongoing analytical assistance as it relates to the management of the program

  • Act as product cross-reference subject matter expert

  • Facilitate data management communications to stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue

  • Facilitates financial data dashboards, scorecards and other metric-driven analytical assessments that accurately reflect the state of the program

  • Participation in Request for Proposal responses, strategic supplier meetings and strategic sourcing meeting as needed

  • Facilitate data management communications to internal stakeholders, driving compliance and increasing revenue

  • Deliver comprehensive metrics to report overall program health and performance

  • Performs other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities


  • Strong analytical skills and spreadsheet experience required

  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy

  • Knowledge/Familiarity with medical products/supplies

  • Ability to multi-task and strong project management skills required

  • Strong interpersonal and organizational skills required

  • Effective customer service and communication skills (verbal and written) required

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Programs, especially demonstrated ability/expertise with Excel

What qualifications you will need:


  • Bachelor's degree, preferred or equivalent combination of education and /or experience

  • 3+ years of experience in financial/data analytics in healthcare industry, preferred

  • 1+ year(s) of experience in familiarity with multiple technology platforms, required
