What will you be doing: The Organization Development (OD) Specialist is an internal specialist position that supports organization development and change management initiatives across Cedars-Sinai to achieve overall organizational goals. The OD Specialist is an effective individual contributor who will work on a variety of projects across change management, organizational effectiveness, talent management, employee experience and leadership and team consulting. The typical customers for this OD work include business, operational, and clinical teams/management. The OD Specialist works collaboratively across stakeholder groups, including working closely with HR and other partners to customize solutions relevant to client needs. Under the guidance of a senior consultant or manager, delivers OD consulting services and supports projects that link to strategic business objectives and add value to the larger healthcare organization. Supports the implementation and assessment of major organizational change projects. May lead and/or design a workstream within a major change project such as training, stakeholder engagement, communications or project management. Executes OD project work from initial contracting through post-intervention evaluation. Acts as a contributing member of project teams. Collaborates with HR and other partners. Works independently with managers and their teams to improve their overall effectiveness; under supervision of a Sr. OD Consultant or Manager, supports organizational effectiveness initiatives for leaders at the Director and above level. Partners with teammates to deliver OD interventions, including but not limited to change management, leadership development, team effectiveness and alignment, organization design, and strategic planning. Supports development of leadership and employee development programs for a broad range of clients. Assists with talent management initiatives and projects, including but not limited to succession planning, performance management, and onboarding. Quickly establishes credibility with business and HR leaders and acts as a liaison between HR, the Talent Management & Organizational Development (TMOD) CoE and various client departments. Collaborate with external vendors to support project/program delivery. Gathers and reports metrics to gauge success and impact of projects/programs. Qualifications Experience Requirements: Two (2) plus years??? experience in?? Organization Development (OD), Human Resources Business/Management consulting, Human Resources (HR), or Development. UKG Pro implementation experience preferred.?? ?? Educational Requirements: High School Diploma/GED.
