  • Setting up a manufacturing strategy for entire product life cycle of new platform of dry pump.
  • Deliver leading edge manufacturing technologies into new platform dry pump to have better product quality, less cycle time and lower manufacturing cost in defined project schedule.
Main Responsibilitie
  • Developing and implementing assembly manufacturing strategies to achieve the mission.
  • Coordinating the manufacturing engineer resources to deliver the project deliverables on-time as per PCP.
  • Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders, and ensuring technical feasibility for the new platform design
  • Ensure assembly manufacturing engineer's resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to track progress.
  • Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs
  • Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management on key issues or risks as needed.
  • Manage the synchronization and interaction with the other workstreams and all stakeholders for securing project progress and in a superior quality manner.
  • Perform risk management to minimize project risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Tract and report manufacturing costs (this will need three regional totals as part of local for local goals)

Education level
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in science or engineering or equivalent level in Education.
Relevant Previous experience (minimum years of experience to competently carry out the role, not total year of experience)
  • Minimum 3~5 years' experience in a manufacturing engineering or equivalent engineering function or NPI project.
Knowledge areas/Skills (minimum level of knowledge to fullfil the role's responsibilities)
  • Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in compressor or vacuum pump development in manufacturing technologies and techniques.
  • Good knowledge and skill in state-of-the-art manufacturing technologies and smart manufacturing.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
  • Evidence of an analytical approach using qualitative and quantitative tools and techniques.
  • Familiarity with Semiconductor manufacturing equipment and processes.
  • Familiarity with engineering organization practices, disciplines, systems, and software tools and advantages.
  • Strong analytical, prioritizing, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, budgeting, project management (from conception to completion) & planning skills.
Other requirements (e.g. Language skills; competencies; expected travel requirements)
  • Excellent communication and administrative skills.
  • Fluency in verbal/written English is essentially.
