Senior Learning Partner - Enterprise Learning - Military Veterans

In this role, you will design and deliver impactful Learning & Talent Development programs. You will have a strong influence on our company's culture transformation and the achievement of our goals. You will use your expertise in Learning & Development to shape enterprise-wide learning standards to ensure our programs align with Vizient's values and support both employee engagement and financial performance goals.

Responsibilities


  • Lead Learning & Development initiatives, including the design, development, delivery, certification, and evaluation of learning and organizational development solutions.

  • Define success metrics for L&D and provide insights from data analyses.

  • Identify learning needs through assessments, analysis, and diagnosis, using various metrics and tools.

  • Serve as a consultant to internal customers throughout the learning process, from diagnosis to delivery, evaluation, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage vendors, systems, and/or stakeholders involved in the delivery of learning solutions.

  • Facilitate both instructor-led and virtual classes, fostering participation and motivation.

  • Incorporate change management principles into L&D practices.

  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to establish yourself as a trusted advisor.


Qualifications:

  • Relevant degree preferred in Human Resources or Business.

  • 5 or more years of relevant experience within a Learning & Development ennvironment required.

  • Webinar management experience (Webex, Zoom, Teams) required.

  • Program and project management experience within a consulting environment preferred.

  • Experience in a Learning & Development role inside a healthcare consulting and/or supply chain industry is a plus.

  • Proven experience with adult learning, Organization Development, change management, instructional design, and learning evaluation principles and tools.

  • Excellent classroom management and facilitation skills in a workplace learning environment.

  • Experience working in an Agile environment.

  • Familiarity with e-design authoring tools and learning management systems.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Products, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.

  • Knowledge of how to use learning platforms and artificial intelligence solutions to create efficient, sustainable, practical learning experiences that lead to proficiency and mastery.

  • Willingness and ability to travel.

Estimated Hiring Range:
At Vizient, we consider skills, experience, and organizational needs in our compensation approach. Geographic factors may adjust the range estimate and hires typically fall below the top range. Compensation decisions are tailored to individual circumstances. The current salary range for this role is $77,400.00 to $127,600.00.

This position is also incentive eligible.
