Job Description:

Join us as we continue to transform transportation infrastructure all over the country! We have been a leader in Integrated design and delivery of critical infrastructure for more than 75 years and are looking for experienced Highway Design Engineers at various levels of experience to add to our New Jersey team, located in our Newark office. We have a great backlog of work, in both conventional and design-build project delivery and are looking for strong leaders with the ability to lead projects and mentor a team of engineers and designers.

We are seeking senior engineers to support some of the region’s largest on-going and upcoming transportation projects. We are looking to add Senior level Civil/Highway engineers at various levels, Senior Engineer & Principal Engineer to add to our NJ team.   

The successful candidate will work from our office in Newark, NJ and in this position you will perform highway, interchange, and street design including geometric design, 3D modeling, drainage design, work zone traffic control and construction staging, construction specification development and material quantity calculations. You will utilize engineering software and interface with CAD designers, as well as other engineers and subcontractors. Keys to your success will be your civil engineering acumen and highway design background.

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (or related field) and typically 8+ years of related work experience. Professional Engineer registration may be required.

SKILLS/COMPETENCIES: Proficiency in utilizing CAD and other PC software packages typically associated with engineering is required.

Salary Range: 

$83,300.00 - $168,700.00
