Your Impact

As the Director of Marketing, you'll lead the company in analyst relations, external messaging, and support new business opportunity growth. Reporting to the President, you're a self-starter who is obsessed with the future of technology, creativity and customer experience. A strong emphasis will be placed on B2B Lead Generation, bolstering relationships with analysts and partners to secure referrals and ensure that iCrossing maintains a significant lead over competitors in its offerings. This involves crafting innovative solutions for clients in areas where other agencies have yet to venture You are data driven and have a strong interest in emerging trends/technologies.

What You'll Do

  • Develop a comprehensive, cost-effective lead management strategy, encompassing lead generation, nurturing, and conversion, to support the entire sales lifecycle. This strategy should be measured by Marketing-Influenced Leads (MIL) that progress to receiving proposals (RFIs, RFPs)
  • Implement lead management programs that efficiently deliver substantial volumes of qualified leads, leading to proposals (RFIs/RFPs), while remaining cost-effective. This includes utilizing SEO, email marketing, paid media, social media, and emerging marketing channels.
  • Lead, leverage, and strengthen relationships with:
    • Analysts including Forrester/Gartner
    • Technology Alliances including such as Adobe, Salesforce, Optimizely and others.
    • Private Equity Firms for new business referrals, business strategy, employee development.
  • Lead the company in annual analyst reports and rankings participation including the Gartner and Forrester Waves.
  • Lead the continued evolution of the iCrossing.com website to drive new business opportunities and talent acquisition.
  • Spearhead marketing and communications for new services centered around emerging technology and innovative customer experiences.
  • Understand, own and govern iX brand messaging and ensure company-wide understanding for consistency in both internal and external communications.
  • Drive collaboration between client and practice teams to consistently develop and distribute new content for demand generation, ensuring a minimum frequency of quarterly case studies
  • Establish measurable KPIs around marketing functions to guide business strategy and evolution of positioning.
  • Explore and execute innovative new marketing strategies outside the confines of the typical marketing playbook
  • Lead and inspire direct reports in execution of team goals and career development.
  • Conduct thorough analysis of industry trends, market conditions, and competitors' marketing strategies to proactively identify emerging opportunities. Synthesize insights and communicate findings to the leadership team to inform strategic decision-making.
  • Own marketing requirements for marketing/sales tools and technology (Hubspot, Linkdin, others)
  • Lead successful key industry awards submissions and event activations.
Who You Are
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or related field and 7+ years of work experience.
  • You are a growing leader of marketing, communications, and branding strategies.
  • You are proficient in working with CRM systems, particularly HubSpot.
  • You have led a small team of marketers in previous positions.
  • You have experience working on large-scale enterprise project.
  • You have worked with analyst firms in the past, preferably Gartner and/or Forrester.
  • You have experience in messaging, branding, and website management.
  • You have experience in copywriting, particular in areas of press releases, corporate memos, white papers, and case studies.
  • You have familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite applications.
  • You are familiar with emerging trends in technology.
  • You are well-versed in internet culture and how people communicate and transact online.
  • You have experience presenting projects, findings, and performance reports to key C-level stakeholders.
  • You are able to multi-task and have strong organizational skills while adapting to changing environments.
  • You have a positive attitude.

For New York City, the estimated salary range for this position is between $154,000 and $187,000. The range for the position in other geographies may vary based on market differences. The actual compensation will be determined based on experience and other factors permitted by law.
