About the role

The Digital Marketing and CRM Sr Analyst is responsible to coordinate and develop campaigns, initiatives and/or tools for quality Lead generation and convertion. This role is responsible ofdefining the strategy and audience profiling to obtain quality leads.

What you need

  • Completed Bachelor's Degree
  • +2 Years of experience in administrative, marketing and/or commercial roles.
  • Database management: proficient skills in tools such as Excel, Power BI, Tableau, Python, Adobe CRM Management, Sales Force and/or others.
  • Strategic, analytical, creative thinking, meticulous, observant and detail-oriented.
  • Proficient oral and written communication skills in Spanish and English.
  • Teamwork and collaborative attitude.
  • Highly responsible and proactive attitude.
  • Customer focused.
  • Microsoft Office Skills.
What you will be doing
  • Administration of the Agency that provides the CRM service: Based on the analysis of results and business needs, define and develop with the Agency and GMM; the strategy, frequency, audience, and message to drive sales through email marketing campaigns, SMS, etc.
  • Develop the joint strategy with GMM to capture leads in digital campaigns and impulse the user's traffic to Web sites and the Web Calculator: social media and Google Ads.
  • Develop and execute CRM Conversion Leads programs: Loyalty program to generate customers for life; and Dealer consulting to monitor, support and generate personalized commitments from Dealers about lead conversion.
  • Generation of different databases for campaigns.
  • Generation and analysis of results for continuous improvement of campaigns: % Open, % Click to rate, Impressions, % Conversion Rate, Sales volume etc.
  • Manage and improve the Dealers digital portal including the Quotation System for the sales force.
  • Support the Customer Service team to improve data quality of our customers

The majority of those acquisitions were finalized in 2013, with the remaining market, a 35 percent equity interest in a joint venture in China, acquired in January 2015.  In October 2017, GM Financial completed the sale of its European financial subsidiaries and branches as part of General Motors’ sale of the Opel and Vauxhall businesses to Peugeot S.A.

 

GM Financial provides auto finance solutions to 14,000 dealers worldwide, with earning assets of $93 billion at September 30, 2018.
