INFECTIOUS DISEASES CLINICAL ASSISTANT PROFESSOR | University of Iowa - Military Veterans

The University of Iowa Department of Internal Medicine Division of Infectious Diseases is seeking an ABIM board eligible or board-certified Infectious Diseases physician at the rank of Clinical Assistant Professor. This position will involve inpatient and outpatient consultative care for general Infectious Disease patients and a smaller role in outpatient HIV Medicine and/or TelePrEP. There are opportunities for formal training in quality improvement and health services research that are expected to help the candidate develop leadership roles in those areas, including antimicrobial stewardship.
