Job Description: The person in this position is responsible for working and supporting all EICC members (students, faculty, and staff) to support their experience within EICC's Learning Management System, Canvas, and instructional tools suite. This position is on-site at the District Office. Required Qualification: Associate's degree Proficient computer skills Strong written and oral communications with a focus on supportive writing style. Can work independently or with a team to manage projects. Ability to manage, organize, and prioritize multiple inbound requests. Experience working in a secondary or post-secondary educational setting. Experience working with an LMS and basic understanding of LMS functions. A demonstrated focus on supporting all members of the EICC community for success. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree. Teaching experience, preferably post-secondary or teaching online. Canvas LMS experience. Advanced Excel skills
